You may return your full price In Your Arms pieces for exchange or refund. In Your Arms do not offer returns on sale items.
For all returns, the following requirements must be met:
-For Australian returns, items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
- For International returns, all claims must be lodged within 21 days from date of shipping.
- In Your Arms pieces must be in their original condition with all tags and hygiene seals attached.
- All In Your Arms pieces must be returned in the provided garment bag.
- Items must not have been worn, altered or washed.
Please note that the shipping cost incurred for returning the item for exchange or refund are not covered or reimbursed by In Your Arms. We recommend using a registered postal service, to return your In Your Arms pieces, as we will not be held accountable for the loss of your goods being returned.
- Prior to returning your goods, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org advising the reason for your return; and items you would like to exchange your goods for. We will then provide you with further instructions.
- When returning your goods please include your name, order number and your goods for return, including packaging.
Please note, we try to process our returns as quickly as possible, but we do ask that you please allow approximately 5 business days from the time we receive the goods for the return to be processed. Once goods have been sent you will provided you with the tracking number.
SHIPPING + DELIVERY
All goods are sent during business hours only. Please note that purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day. All orders are sent through Australia Post, via registered express post, a tracking number will provided once goods are dispatched so that you can track the delivery of your order. Please allow 2-3 business days for goods to be received.

Please note our daily order cut off time for international shipments is 1.00pm AEST. We have two shipping options available for international orders, please see details below.
Australia Post - Registered Post
We ship worldwide using Australia Post registered post. You should expect to receive your parcel within 10 buisness days once it has been shipped.
DHL International Express Post
We ship to the USA and Europe using DHL Express Post. Order sent using the DHL option take 3-4 business days to be delivered.
